The Japanese Serial Killer, who killed and ate little girls

Tsutomu Miyazaki was one of the most notorious serial killers in Japan’s history who preyed on little girls. He was born into a noble family but grew up to become a murderer, cannibal and a necrophile. He was hanged to death in 2008.
