The Centrum Media has currently more than 30 members onboard who are striving with their skills and contributing towards digitalization of daily news in the country.

Working at TCM is often challenging, which is why we engage with people who are committed, flexible and can work in a team. We have designed our application process in a way that would make your experience convenient and straight-forward. Our interview process varies slightly based on your field of expertise and your experience.

Our Hiring Process

1. Apply

whenever a position comes up, all you need to do is to send your CV/Resumes. In case, a cover letter or a portfolio is required, don't forget to attach that along with your application.

2. Shortlisting and Interviews

Candidates are shortlisted based on their skills and work experience in the relevant field. Once you get shortlisted, one of our team members will call you to arrange for an interview. These interviews will lead you towards your next step.

3. Assignments

Once you pass the interview stage, you will receive your assignments. It’ll be either online or on-ground depending upon certain circumstances. If you do well in your assignment, there’s nothing to worry about because we are surely taking you on board.
