Communities living in Boathouses under threat

Members of the Sindhi “Mohana” tribe spend their entire lives in boat houses, even having weddings and funerals on deck. As they worry about the decline in their fishing business and a lack of education for their children, the worry is that their days on the sea are numbered. Similarly, around the world, several other communities either chose to or were forced to live out at sea and have adapted to this unique lifestyle.
